In 2017, Laser Saga had the honor of orchestrating a massive and unforgettable show for Saudi Arabia’s National Day celebration. This event was not just a single display, but a synchronized spectacle that unfolded simultaneously across three major cities: Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah. Each city’s setup featured 12 high-power RGB laser systems from Kvant Lasers, combining to create a visually stunning and cohesive show that captivated audiences nationwide.

The scale of this project was unprecedented. Using advanced timecode synchronization, the laser shows in all three cities were perfectly timed to unfold in harmony, creating a unified display of light and color across the Kingdom. The synchronization was so precise that it was achieved via GPS timecode, ensuring that every beam of light, every burst of color, and every moment of the show was perfectly aligned, no matter the distance between the cities. Pangolin Beyond have helped us create this amazing syncronization of the shows.

To add to the grandeur, the laser displays were accompanied by fireworks, which were also synchronized across the three locations using a wireless channel. The result was a spectacular fusion of light and sound, with each city reflecting the national pride and joy of the occasion in perfect unison.

This celebration wasn’t just witnessed by the thousands of spectators on the ground; it was also broadcast live on television, bringing the dazzling display into homes across the nation.
